As a past chair of the GB Finance Committee, I am endorsing Michelle Loubert, an incumbent, as a write-in candidate for the Finance Committee.
In 2015, as chair, I asked for volunteers to research potential proposals for the committee. Michelle Loubert and one other volunteer took a deep dive into what many of the other 350 Massachusetts towns had adopted. She was then elected
to the Finance committee, serving for the past three years.
Her knowledge of finance is deep. As a lifelong resident of Great Barrington, her care for the community is without question. Michelle Loubert is uniquely qualified to deal with today’s and tomorrow’s issues.
On the ballot, there is only one person listed for the Finance Committee, Philip Orenstein. Please vote for him. Then write-in MICHELLE LOUBERT, spelled correctly so it will count, right under his name, and CHECK that box too.
They will make excellent additions!
