To the editor:
The Republican Party continues to abjectly deny the presentation of facts, ignore them completely, or attack the presenter with mean-spirited innuendos or invectives.
The Republican Congress and its leaders have become the masters of sophistry, obfuscation and equivocation.
In their new world order, abhorrent behavior is condoned and the rules of law are ignored.
I continue to be stunned on a daily basis by the willingness to accept this behavior.
Please voice your concerns, and continue to push back on these assaults.
Vote to return this country back to one of inclusion, empathy, kindness, rule of law, and collegial interaction and participation for a shared goal and purpose.
We are better than this, aren’t we?
