“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center continues to operate debt-free to this day and has grown in every dimension, from the number of performances mounted and tickets sold to the number of students welcomed at education programs and other nonprofit organizations hosted at the theater.
The more difficult musical numbers are in the first act so don't be dismayed if you don't like some of them, because the second half of the show will fill your ears and heart with pleasure.
