“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
Shades of Stockbridge: The illustrious guests, all of whom will be played by volunteers, invite living, breathing residents and visitors to join them for an evening of historical gossip and spirited discussion.
“Lenox at 250 Years: Panel I, 1787–1880" will include Charles Flint and Lucy Kennedy, who will discuss the town’s early history; Dr. Carole Owens, who will focus on the years 1750–1800); and Bernard Drew, who will discuss Lenox in the mid-19th century).
