“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
Dobson has two greenhouses already up and is building a third. That way, he can continue to grow over the winter. But the bottom line is there won't be as much outdoor product as there would be in a normal growing season.
He oversaw the L. John Schinelli Renal Assistance Fund, benefitting both the Baystate Medical Center and Berkshire Medical Center renal dialysis units.
