I asked some of my friends some questions about their summer reads (and then answered them myself.) These are our thoughts on books for this summer so far.
The overwhelming result has been the cultivation of a safe work environment in which to teach young people the skills they need to succeed in the workplace -- wherever that might ultimately be.
