“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
The FAFSA Day services are free and available to anyone who will be attending college during the 2017-2018 academic year; low-income and first-generation college students are especially encouraged to attend.
At the Ramsdell Library on Sunday Joey Chernila, host of No. Six Depot Roastery and Cafe’s Inkless storytelling series, will lead a workshop on storytelling basics.
