The Laroo/Byrd 4tet is the transmutation of the husband-and-wife duo configuration of trumpeter and saxophonist Saskia Laroo and pianist Warren Byrd into a full band with bassist Rick Rozie and drummer Jocelyn Pleasant.
I like what this company of theatre professionals is doing even if I don't agree with every choice. I think it a very worthwhile effort and should be seen by everyone in the region who believes in live theater.
