“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
This year’s Sheffield Fair will feature animal showmanship and fitting competitions, barrel racing, a vintage Studebaker car show, local vendors and food, a zip line from the Sheffield Police Department, and more.
All proceeds from the Warm Up the Winter concert November 19 at the Mahaiwe will go to the heating assistance programs of Construct, Inc., to support Berkshire County residents in need.
