“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
WordXWord will wrap up 2015 with a story slam at the Whitney Center for the Arts on Sunday, December 20 at 3 p.m. Storytellers are invited to share their five-minute true stories related to the theme “strange holiday.”
