“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
An African American actor is needed for the play, “Hurricane Hotel,” adapted from a book by the same name written in response to Hurricane Katrina by John K. Lawson while he and his family were displaced after losing their home in New Orleans.
