“The retreat brings people together, builds community in the forest, gets participants outside and off their screens, and uses nature sustainably to heal and inspire minds and souls,” stated Great Mountain Forest Executive Director Michael Zafros. Retreat registration closes on July 30.
The winners of the Stockbridge photo contest are Dana Goedewaagen of Glendale, Stacy McMahon of Great Barrington, John R. Morse of Stockbridge, and Sharon Siter of South Egremont.
The festivities will celebrate Norman Rockwell's popular depiction of what, for many, is the quintessential small New England town, with all the longing for a simpler time that it represents.
